„Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep.“

„Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special.“

„Schon allein wegen dem Zimmer muss man dort buchen. “

„Very nice and helpful staff. Faucet in the bathroom was leaking, but overall the room was ok. Good breakfast made on the spot (so it's fresh with fresh ingredients). A bit "rusty" (maybe some renovations could be done to make it look like a real 4* hotel), but not really problematic unless you're really looking for a luxurious hotel. Close to everything in Georgetown which is a plus.“

„Sehr gute Lage. Super süße Zimmer, alles sauber und tolles Personal. Teilweise etwas hellhörig und recht dunkles Zimmer.“

„I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The property is beautiful, but it’s the staff and service that truly set this place apart. Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. The location was also perfectly placed in Georgetown, close to all the tourist spots whilst not being on a busy or noisy road. Breakfast was included and, much like the heritage of Penang itself, I was ...

„Great staff and quiet atmosphere!“

„Decent 4 star hotel near Komtar. Close to everything so walking works. Komtar itself is getting very outdated by now and needs a major rehaul. “

„Ja aber ich brauche keinen Arbeitsbereich“

„Sehr schönes Familienzimmer auf 2 Etagen mit 2 Bädern. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr persönlich. Ausstattung sehr gut. “

„Pros: The location and the historical building are great, the reception is very helpful and amazing! Our room to the inner courtyard was very pleasant. Cons: The towels didn't seem to be fresh. The mosque prayer nearby wakes up every morning. The breakfast is one of the worst I had: limited selection of plain rice, pasta, sausage, fried eggs, bread and jam, a fruit type that gets eaten by others fast. Dirty cups, coffee terrible, staff hardly understands English.“

„Tien is well located just on Chula street, very close to nice restaurant, cafes and sights. Unfortunately it is a quite loud neighborhood and the windows & walls just let any noise come through. Therefore you’ll hear the bar music & people until 2 am. Ok for one night or two but not relaxing at all. Room was clean & well decorated. The bathroom lacked some shelves and moreover there was no bathroom door - only a curtain. Service was OK but WiFi was extremely bad. It was impossible to have a WiFi ...

„tolles City Hotel mit allem was man braucht.
