Der Parkplatz kostet 20 Euro pro Tag extra un muss reserviert werden. Soweit auch alles in Ordnung. Nun zum grossen Manko der Wohnungen. Vor der TĂŒr tummeln sich zahlreiche Obdachlose (das Stadtviertel ist wohl dafĂŒr bekannt), die betteln. Das ist auch gefĂŒhlt erstmal nicht so schlimm. Aber auch nicht angenehm.
