„Everything was great!“

„All good!“

„Excellent stay. From the very beginning, the concierge was welcoming and opened the door from our Didi taxi and lugged our bags towards the elevator. Our room was ready early and in great condition. Room amenities were top notch. All the staff was able to speak a little English and was patient with using a translator mobile app. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and variety and tasted great. The location was pristine as it was near the metro and an underground mini-mall with food ...

„The receptionists could be more proactive in communicating with guests.“

„I’ve been in this hotel for the third time and can confirm the excellent location. The hotel is comes in a beautiful decoration on the 8th floor where the reception and a bar is located. The rooms are very clean and big. The service has always been wonderful and warm, in particular Beatrice and Daisy did an excellent job at the reception and I felt very comfortable with both of them. I’ll definitely book JW Marriott again when I’ll be in Chengdu again.“
