« The house is located in a quite neighborhood. The space is large and easy to use, there are stairs and all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. I didn't realize it was a duplex and the owners lived in the other 1/2 of the house. »

« Our only regret is that our stay was too short - we wished we had booked an additional week! Host was very responsive to any questions, and to a minor issue we had with the tub drain. Would absolutely stay again. One note for other prospective guests: there are quite a few stairs (great for us as we have been trying to get more exercise) but perhaps not great for someone who has creaky knees. »

« Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. »

« I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. »

« Top to bottom, this is one of the best stays we’ve had!! This home has all the quintessential cottage feels, and very close to all the main attractions. The stand out things for me are the little things that Shannan took care of prior to our arrival that really made all the difference. Stacks of beautiful beach books, extra toiletries for weary travelers who potentially left things behind (haha), snacks, and the most charming decor all made for a wonderful stay.
