« Welcome was spot on - very friendly but professional. Food great and room very well presented. My only issue is road noise but hotel has installed extra glazing so bring ear plugs (I am a very light sleeper as live ima quiet location) ample car parking with free chargers »

« I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me. »
