The open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. Prepare your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy dinner or a morning coffee at the dining table, or settle down on the comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a sofa bed for additional guests.

Step outside and discover everything Chester has to offer. Wander along the picturesque River Dee, experience the excitement of Chester Racecourse, explore the city`s famous Rows, or enjoy the fantastic selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars—all within easy walking distance.

Access to the property is via a key safe box which the details for this will be given 24 hours prior to the standard check in time of 4pm.

Chester Train Station is approximately a 8–10 minute drive or a 25 minute walk from the property.

Located just on the edge of Chester city centre, this apartment offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. You`ll be within easy walking distance of an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions, as well as Chester`s historic Roman Walls, Grosvenor Park, Chester Racecourse, and the picturesque River Dee. This central location provides the ideal base for exploring everything Chester.

For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee of £75 will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance and is located up one flight of stairs.

The allocated parking space is accessed using a key fob, which is located in the property entrance. Guests can pull up outside the entrance to collect the key fob before accessing the parking area.
