„Great location with needing to be at The Rock Hill Sports Complex all weekend. Loved the character or the house but with great renovations. Host was easy to talk to, no problem with check in. Beds were so so comfortable, would absolutely stay again.“

„We absolutely loved staying in this rental. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. The only issue we had was the host’s baby monitor was missing. They brought us a new one for the home even though it was 8pm. The house was clean and tidy and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The heated floors meant that they were never cold so my son could run around without socks. Will definitely be back!“

„Loved staying at this beautiful house on Lake Wateree. The property manager had prompt and friendly communication, and there was even a welcome basket with goodies and a fridge full of bottled water for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and view from the deck was peaceful. Would stay here again!“

„The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.“

„The house was perfect for our family and we had plenty of room! There was a lot to do on the property and in the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much! We found we did not have enough linens, and we were glad we brought our own beach towels. We had a lot of issues getting in the gate, and we were glad the maintenance man was there to let us in. We had a big issue with upstairs shower leaking in the downstairs shower, and the bathroom in the extra house had mold in it. The WIFI wasn’t very ...

„The area was beautiful and serene. The house was beautiful as well. Unfortunately, the house was not clean. The oven and fridge were pretty nasty. They offered to send someone to clean the fridge but we stopped by the store on our way in so we had to wipe the fridge ourselves before putting our stuff away in it.
