Es wurde nur 3 mal das Zimmer in zwei Wochen gereinigt, trotz Ermahnung. Service war furchtbar obwohl einige Mitarbeiter am Empfang freundlich waren. Dennoch gab es keine frische Handtücher, Bett war nicht gemacht und die frischen Laken nur hingelegt zum selbst beziehen…

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Hotelbar um 22:30 Uhr schließen musste und Ihre Erfahrung beeinträchtigt hat. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass viele Hotelbars aufgrund von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in der Region oder aufgrund von Personalmangel zu bestimmten Zeiten öffnen und schließen müssen. Möglicherweise ist dies auch eine unternehmensweite Entscheidung, um Kosten oder Ressourcen zu sparen.Als Alternative gibt es jedoch möglicherweise andere Bars in der Umgebung, die spätere Öffnungszeiten haben oder sogar 24 Stunden geöffnet sind. Das Hotel selbst könnte auch möglicherweise Room-Service-Optionen anbieten, um Ihren Bedarf nach spätabendlichen Erfrischungen zu decken.Es ist wichtig, dass das Hotelmanagement auf Ihr Feedback hört und die Möglichkeit in Betracht zieht, die Öffnungszeiten der Bar zu verlängern oder andere Lösungen zu finden, um den Gästen bessere Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Great central location, very convenient for all downtown attractions. The room was excellent. Got a nice upgrade to the 16th floor with a good view. A lot of food options close by. Pool is very small, with usually no towels. Gym was well equipped but could be cleaner and always lacking towels. Cleanliness of elevators could be better.

Hotel ist toll...Lage super...nette Menschen.. Allerdings wurde unser Zimmer über den gesammten Aufenthalt nicht einmal geputzt,es gab keine frischen Handtücher usw.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. I was very surprised by the level of discomfort. I recently stay at Aloft in Minneapolis and I slept very well there. I was also surprised by the torn and stained blind. The reviews I read made the hotel sound very nice. I will not be recommending this location or staying there ever again.

The sheet covering the window is kind of dirty. It would also be better if there were actual blinds covering the windows so I can let sunlight in without exposing the entire window. It would also be helpful to have an airport shuttle to ORD and MDW.

Staying at the Aloft is very central and walkable to most things. With concrete walls the rooms are quite as we didnt hear anything from next door. Close to shopping and dining options. Walkable to Mag mile and Navy Pier. We caught the train from the airport with a short walk to the hotel without changes from train to bus.

They gave us one deposit info amount and then took another. And Everytime we called it was a different amount. Not only that but the room wasn't that clean rugs and curtains had stains on them bottom of bathroom door looked really filthy. One of the worst hotels we've been too in Chicago.

To be fair you are going to 3 star hotel, and if you set your expectations right, this is a lovely place. We loved our stay, and staff were so accommodating (great customer service). There was a complimentary coffee in morning and rooms are clean (again my expectation from 3 star hotel). I would recommend them

I am in a wheelchair and the handicapped suites are well designed and easy to get around in. Bathroom has lots of well placed bars. Highly recommend!

Nice staff, tasty coffee in the morning in the lobby, most importantly, great location, it is near Navy Pier, Mag Mile and boat tour agencies. Room is uniquely designed and clean.

The hotel was in a great location. The lobby/gathering area was great & my kids loved the pool. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. My only critique is that the common spaces could use some freshening up. I noticed stains on carpet and upholstery & some cushions were starting to get a little threadbare. Nothing that affected our enjoyment, but noticable all the same. All the staff was friendly & I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about the great staff you have at Aloft Mag Mile. I had some extenuating circumstances that made my stay a little challenging. In the process I became "best friends" with your staff. They were so accommodating, helpful and made me feel welcome in spite of needing to as for favors and special accommodations. Parking and front desk staff is outstanding. Thanks to all of them!

Very nice hotel, the staff is really nice and helpful, we run out of some toiletries but the response was very quick. Close to everything, you can walk to really nice restaurants and shopping places.I recommend this place
