Th lady at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. When I finally said something back after two days, she lied and told us there was no more room and we had to leave. I called the corporate booking number and also went on the website and there were over 20 rooms available. I called back down to the front desk and told the manager. The manager then lied and said there was a complaint. When I asked why the complaint was, she told me I did not have a right to know, but I had to leave. At this point I had already paid for another day. She finally admitted she lied and it was because “she didn’t like me.”
