We loved our stay, the only problem we had was that we have feather allergy and are allergic to the pillows and blankets. They didn’t have any hypoallergenic options available either.

Within walking distance to many nice areas. The only bad part is that the hotel forces you to spend a minimum of $25 per day and counts the beginning and ending times whatever maximize the charges! It's borderline fraud!

The hotel was nice. Its quite large and has a very regal ambiance on the first floor. However, the rooms we just okay. We paid a little extra for a higher room for less street noise. The room was a bit smaller than average, but nice king bed. The TV didn't work at first due to a loose cable, but we were able to adjust it without calling for help. The bathroom had no vent/fan which led to some peeling wallpaper in corners. The towel rod in our room was also broke. Overall, not bad for what we needed.

Beautiful views and friendly staff. Our room didn't include a microwave, and we had to request a refrigerator because many of the rooms only had coolers, which look just like a mini fridge, but don't get as cold as a refrigerator. We were charged a destination fee, which I was not informed of until check in, so it was a surprise charge.

The main area and exercise facility of this hotel was very nice, however the room I stayed in was only so-so. The carpet was extremely worn, and the furniture was old and dated. The desk chair in my room would not adjust, and was old vinyl and cracked. In the second room, the furniture was the same, however there was not desk chair, but a chair that you would find from one of the restaurants. Also, the food in the in-hotel restaurants was very expensive. $20 for a cheeseburger is nuts!

We came in for Shamrock Shuffle and had 2 rooms. Front desk staff was sooo welcoming and helpful. Doorman was great getting us to restaurants. Rooms were spacious and super clean!!

Went to Chicago for a concert at the auditorium theatre and the Hilton was only 2 blocks away. Hotel was well staffed and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!

The staff are super friendly. Convenient location, but not much of a view. The air conditioner didn't work properly and the fridge was more like of a freezer that we couldn't adjust. The furniture is okay but its not comparable to similar category hotels. We asked for bath robes, and slippers several times ... each time the staff said they're sending them. But they never did. For $800 for 2 nights I would stay somewhere else.
