It was a fantastic stay. There were just a few things that were not working. There was a gorgeous shower, but the temperature control handle was missing. You could still change the temperature, you just had to keep fiddling with it to make it comfortable. Some fixtures in the bathroom needed to be tightened. Other than those small blemishes, our stay was a dream. We enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool tub. And the decor was great! We will stay there again in a heartbeat!

Adam,First, you did not call the front desk throughout your stay in regard to any issues you may have had.Second, you did not follow the instructions you were given at check-in. The hot and cold water operate via the shower handle - left and right. Same as far as the jets - you did not swivel the jets' dial for stronger water flow.Fourth, it seems like that in life it always easier to complain than to take personal responsibility.Take care!

The check in safe was so nice and informative although I was late checking in. My room was clean no smells. But the jetted tub was the best feature.

I contacted the Lodge due to them not refunding the whole amount after my stay, they stated I checked out late which I brought keys to the front a fees mins after the time but the whole time when I was in the room I had the door wide open cause I left something and was looking, wasn’t stopping anyone from cleaning it wasn’t anyone near or anything. They was rude& inappropriate as a business because I stated my concerns. How I wasn’t satisfied with my stay due to the fact a plunger was asked for the day of check in when I just got in room. We went to get a plunger from front after noticing water on the floor, I overlooked that part but when trying to flush toilet that’s when it overflows.

Christa, please - You checked out late and you knew there is a 15 per hour fee for late checkout.You are a rude guest and therefore you are not allowed to stay with us again!We did not charge you for the mess you made in the bathroom - so - no thank you and take care!

I experience terrible customer service and scammed for my money.. The customer representative had blamed Expedia for not giving back my full deposit of the hotel reservation.. After i purchased the full amount on the expedia app.. She intentionally said Expedia takes $25 dollars from the room deposit on the room.. After she’s opens our door for checkout being late.. Runs through our door waking us up to kick us out super unprofessional.. She charged me 40 dollars for a 10 min late check out time.. As well ass Lie about expedia taking $25 dollars and the complete taking $15 dollars or a 10 min late fee.. I feel like I have been taken advantage of from this place and will never stay here again !

Hi Jaquet,Nothing about your statement is accurate. You were only charged 15 for your late check out, which is half of what we normally charge for the 2 hour late check out that you had. No additional charges were made or withheld.Additionally, you were very rude to our front desk staff, despite them giving you a discounted late checkout. Please refrain from booking with us in the future, this review has shown a low quality of character that we do not want at our establishment, you are no longer welcome.Thanks,

I didn’t stay here because there were too many reviews and pictures of them having bed bugs and roaches and they ate some rude people told me to contact Expedia for my refund and now they keep hanging up and being rude to Expedia I would never stay here even if it was for free

It was a nice experience but the room wasn’t ready by the time we got there. Check in was at 5 but we got there around 6:30-7 and it was still being cleaned…for the room it was overpriced and didn’t get my full deposit back. The people were nice tho.

Do not stay here. Summary below. If I could add the pics and videos I would. We checked in and quickly got ready to go out for dinner and weren’t in the room more than 15-20min. Got back from dinner and found everything in the below list. When I went into the main office and explained what happened the manager didn’t want to hear it and said I would have to wait until management looks at the room the next day. We left to go home and the next day I called management and it was the same person that I complained to the night before. She again never apologized and hung up on me when I asked if she’s really going to make me get a lawyer involved. - Found him on the wall right next to the bed in plain sight - Found used plastic knife stuck on the bench - Drywall ceiling had old brown spots all over - Found pubic hair in the jacuzzi tub - Tub barely was able to drain (obviously hair and semen clogging it) - Have video of what was certainly semen working it’s way into the drain

Mr. David Haag, you are such a lier!!!You checked into your suite on February 24, 2024 at 16:41pm and checked at 8:12pm and during your 3 and a half hour stay you used every single amenity available including an oversized jacuzzi, walk-in steam shower, bathroom and bed. Our surveillance camera system confirmed the above check-in and check-out times. Prior to Mr. Haag's check-in, our maintenance staff checked and verified that Mr. Haag's suite was clean, presentable, and every single amenity and appliance worked properly. Throughout your 3 and a half hours stay, you did not contact the front desk in regards to any issue with your suite. Following your departure from the hotel, our front desk agent inspected your suite and DID NOT find any of the issues mentioned above. We simply do not offer free stays here and do not tolerate liers, sorry!
