Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Lediglich war es sehr ungünstig, dass man sein Gepäck bei späterer Abreise nicht im Hotel unterstellen konnte. Es wurde einem ein Gepäck-Aufbewahrungsstation empfohlen, aber diese war nochmal 7 min Fußweg entfernt. Dies kostete natürlich extra

Ideale Lage für Touristen zum Besuch von Chicago City. Die Buckingham Fountain war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 11. Stock mit Blick auf die Loop und den Willis Tower. Genial!

Overall! I had a nice stay. I took the suite because it had a microwave and a fridge. It is close to Michigan avenue and at a walking distance of many museums. I only stayed one night but I would definitely come back if I ever come back to Chicago

The location was great but for the price I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in the exact same area. The rooms were divided by paper walls, the toilet didn’t flush, the climate control didn’t work, there were no blankets on the beds, and the room was the size of a closet. Not at ALL worth the price.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The service in the hotel is very good, the cleaning is very good. It is an old hotel but its facilities are perfect. I will stay again since it is what I look for when I travel. something accessible, well located and comfortable.

Outlets in the room were hard to find and some didn't work. tv remote not very responsive. worst mattresses I've ever seen in a hotel room, both our queen beds had huge craters in the middle.

We found a cockroach in our bathroom Saturday and the front desk did not believe us since it scurried into the vent in the bathroom. They even insinuated that we placed it there stating, "We will move you, but if another cockroach appears in the next room we can't help you". They asked for a picture of it which we could not get because it was alive and moving! They ended up moving us to a different room which we appreciated, but that same night we got a call from the room phone from someone claiming to be the front desk. They called at 4:55 a.m. asking for a card to have on file for the property. It was very scary and I have heard about these scams on Reddit. We immediately informed the front desk that it happened and it was likely a patron staying in another room that was calling others to try to get their card information. I was worried the entire night because they claimed they would slip a paper of the transaction underneath our door. Them knowing our room number was very scary for us and they should remove being able to call between rooms.

We are disappointed if one of our guests leaves with less than first rate experience. Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. We understand that our staff should have been more proactive should have resolved any of the issues you had faced. That being said, our team is always here to help. Fairly good hotel for the price on the magnificent mile downtown Chicago. Only thing I didn't like and didn't understand is why the shades are way shorter than the window, room gets very bright early morning, looks like someone doesn't know how to use a tape measure lol.

The room was small but clean & comfortable. Check-in was smooth and staff person was helpful. There's some noise from the nearby commuter train, but I sleep with earplugs in anyways. Great value given the super convenient location right in town. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could post the pictures I would! Literal poop! On the bed! Found that out at 1 am when I was getting into bed. Mind you we had already switched the bedroom due to no working outlets and stains in the room prior. This room has stains, poop! , pubic hair in the tube, disgusting floor and dirty walls. .So disappointing but we got in late and had a flight at 7 am so couldn’t keep complaining. I’m sickened and would like a refund.
