  • The flexibility of the bedrooms in the property add to its appeal as each room has zip and link beds which can be made up as either a super king or two single beds. Please message your preferred layout of the bedrooms when booking.

Super King size bed (or two single beds) (first floor)The stylish and modern open plan living and dining area, plus well quipped and modern kitchen on the ground floor, is flooded with natural light and really is the heart of the home. Full-width bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely garden with lush greenery, small lawn for the kids to play and a large patio space – perfect for a BBQ and sundowners on a warm summers evening. The open plan living space has two separate seating areas, one centered around the TV and the other tucked into a cosy corner with wood burning stove - a fabulous spot to relax with a book and cuppa!

    The master bedroom can be found on the ground floor at the back of the property. The vaulted ceiling and picture window make the room light and bright, plus patio doors offer direct access out onto the garden. The bedroom also features an ensuite with large shower and a walk-in wardrobe.

    Two more bedrooms can be found on the ground floor at the front of the property and share a family bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs are two more bright and spacious bedrooms that have been tastefully decorated and share a shower room. The large picture window in the back bedroom is a fantastic feature and fills the room with natural light.

    Beachcomber is well located for both the buzz of East Wittering and the beach. A short walk east and you'll reach the village with shops, restaurants and surf cafes. If it's the beach you're after, you'll only have to walk a few minutes to East Wittering and if you keep heading west, you'll soon reach the white sands of West Wittering.

    There is off-street parking on the drive for up to 4 cars.

Fabulous weekend away

This was our second visit to Beachcomber as a group of 6 ladies. The property had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable and very clean. It is ideally located for the village of East Wittering which has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as walks to West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay. Great communication from Wellies and Windbreaks.

Perfect for multi generation holiday

We stayed at Beachcomber for a week in August with grand parents, 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect for this type of holiday as each part of the family had their own bedroom/bathroom area. The kitchen/ lounge area was very large and never felt overcrowded with 9 people and the odd day visitor. We have stayed in the area every year for about 10 years and would definitely use this house again. A 3 minute walk to the beach and perfect weather was an added bonus.

Family get together for Easter weekend

Beautiful property for our family get together this Easter. All generations were comfortable and happy with the facilities. Location was ideal for local shops and beach (15min walk). Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed, however some trays and oven utensils were sticky from previous occupants. Communication and check-in instructions were clear and very informative. We had all the information we needed and all bedrooms were set up as requested. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Another wonderful family holiday!

Another wonderful holiday found through Wellies and Windbreaks. Beachcomber is the perfect house for comfort and being so open plan was great as we could be together but at the same time there were two separate seating areas within this space with comfy sofas and a large dinner table. Love the hallway with numerous hooks for coats and boots and prams! Amanda the owner of W & W is always on hand to answer any queries quickly and efficiently. We will definitely we back!
