„We've had a wonderful time at Bracklesham Bay! Communication and check in was very easy and straightforward, our landlord supplied all details well in advance so that we felt welcome right away. The children loved the tech equipment, we enjoyed the backyard and the extremely well equipped kitchen. Especially loved the herbs! „Reparatur Arbeiten notwendig, z.B. Türe in einem Schlafzimmer schließt nicht; teilweise dringende Erneuerung von Fugen in Duschen. BBQ total durchgerostet. Teilweise sehr schlechte Matratzen. Dringende Komplettreinigung der Waschmaschine - wir haben versucht zu reinigen und zu desinfizieren - muss jedoch noch genauer gemacht werden. Auf Grund dieser Mängel, finde ich, dass Preis überhöht ist. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt - danke:) Definitiv empfehlenswert. “

"Das personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Egal zu welcher tageszeit. Man kann sich aussuchen ob man zimmer gereinigt haben möchte oder nicht. Man brauch nur einen zur verfügung gestellten anhang an die türklinke zu hängen . Kein zwang zu einer bestimmten zeit das hotel verlassen zu müssen. Das hotel ist sehr ruhig. Kein türen knallen. Geschrei / gegröhle auf den gängen. Sogar das reinigungspersonal hört man nicht. War schon zum zweiten mal in diesem hotel. Immer wieder, wegen der ruhe dem personal und sehr hundefreundlich."
