« Overall Excellent place to stay! The staff were exceptional and helpful throughout the stay. They even checked in on us. My only complaint was the hot tub….. it worked but was low on water and hadn’t been cleaned. The hot tub is a personal favorite of mine when I travel so kinda disappointing but we loved everything else about this place. Food was great and they change it up daily! Highly recommend staying here. Also I never mentioned to the staff about the hot tub but I believe they would have...

« My stay at this hotel was good. But I forgot two shirts and a jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it till I got home. When I called the hotel first, they said nobody found anything in the room but then when I called back the next day, they say they had it at the front desk. They sent me to a website for lost and found items, and I filled out the information and they were supposed to mail my items back but never did. That was two months ago. »

« Nearly new property with lovely staff, a very good breakfast and easy parking. Located out of Chattanooga but convenient for retail and eating options. »
