« Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited. »

« We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson. »

« The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful »

« Room very nice and clean with nice colors. Good Breakfast with meat and eggs. The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style. Out of 6 Red roof I went to, it is probably the nicest. »

« My husband and I chose this location traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to stop for a break. The hotel is very out of date. It took 20 minutes to check in with paper processes while the clerk stared at my husband the whole time. Then she tells me I’m all set without giving me a room number or keys. « For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...
