„We booked 3 nights to spend some time with family in both North and South Carolina. Dellene is a delighit! it was like staying with a friend. Her pups are precious and welcomed our girl as one of the family. The sounds of the river and her beautiful windchimes make it sound like you are in heaven. I would definitely come back to visit again.“

„My communication with Carl and Terri prior to and during our stay always resulted in a prompt reply. The TV was tricky to operate, directions would have helped. Location was ideal, easy to walk to downtown. We tried a few restaurants on the list of recommendations and they were very good. We would recommend the cozy cottage to others!“

„We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Had everything we needed and close to everything! Some of our family came by and we enjoyed cooking out on the grill and watching bunnies, white squirrels and chipmunks playing around the yard!! Great place and would definitely go back!!“

„The cottage had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very close to some wonderful parks and proximity to downtown was ideal. There was some roadwork going on (gravel road) when we arrived, I am sure that is not the norm.“

„This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend.“
