„The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed every breakfast that we had on the 6th floor restaurant. The staff members are professional and friendly. Yumi helped us book a day trip to Tulou in Yongding and Nanjing. We are impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. WA should be proud to have employees like Yumi.“

„Wonderful“

„Clean room and friendly staff“

„All was great - great service, super friendly staff. Breakfast room too small. “

„The first room we got had a strong smell and we asked for replacement. The staff was able to get the new room for us and was helpful. Overall the amenities were getting ok but in ok condition. The price was acceptable.“

„De wifi verbinding was matig verder alles goed.“

„The hotel itself is ok for the price but the restaurants are not good. Stuff is very nice and the pool is great“

„The room did not meet Pullman standards; it felt outdated and was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was centrally controlled by the hotel management, with no individual control in the room, making it impossible to adjust the temperature to personal comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had a severe drainage issue and showed signs of poor workmanship.“

„In concurrence with others, I found check-in not the friendliest. They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in ...

„The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see ...
