At the heart of the home is a brand-new, designer kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a center island, and a custom beverage bar perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink. A nearby dining table comfortably seats eight, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the bay.

Seamlessly flowing from the kitchen is the main living room, boasting vaulted ceilings and a semicircle of windows that perfectly frame the water.

The main level also hosts two of the home’s inviting bedrooms. The serene primary suite features a Queen bed; a private sitting room with seating for two, a TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you are part of the nature-filled yard and bay.

A second main-floor bedroom offers both a Queen and a twin bed, complete with a private en-suite half bath and access to an adjacent full bathroom.

Upstairs, the splendor continues with a third en-suite Queen bedroom and two additional living spaces. The first serves as a cozy TV viewing area, while the second offers what might be one of the best views on the island - featuring a comfortable sectional, a swivel chair, and access to two different decks with panoramic views across to Assateague Island and, at night, fantastic stargazing.

Outside, elevated coastal living awaits with 200 feet of bulkheaded waterfront property and four separate decks, one with a screened-in porch, all designed to soak in the scenery while enjoying family or friends... In addition, the Oyster Bay Community offers a private boat ramp to launch your boat. Then secure it behind the house using the mooring poles.

Included for guests' outdoor enjoyment are a Kayak, 3 bikes, and 4 pickleball paddles to use at the Chincoteague courts.
