Six of us spent 4 nights here for our son’s wedding at Mountaintop Resort (a very short walk). The home is clean, comfortable and very cozy. The property has spectacular views and the peace and quiet are remarkable. Evan is very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this listing!

Family Time

We had a wedding at the Inn. Staying here was close and allowed our whole family a place to stay together. We had a great time. The fireplace was great, as Mother Nature wasn't cooperating,We would definatly return here with friends.

Rustic Antique Charm!

Our family stayed at Evan's home because we were attending a wedding (conveniently up the road) at Mountain Top Resort. The home gushes with Vermont charm! It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated which made our stay so cozy. Evan thought of everything- from exact GPS directions, to helpful notes around the home to help his guests be comfortable! Evan was very helpful at every stage of our stay! We would absolutely 100% recommend staying at Evan's beautiful home!

Perfect place to get ready for our wedding!

We rented this property out for our bridesmaids and bride (me!) to get ready in on the morning of our wedding. It was such a beautiful spot, with gorgeous views of the mountains and a lovely sun room which had great light for photos. It was easy to find, comfortable, and in the perfect proximity to our venue. The host was very communicative and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Great house for family stay

We were attending a wedding at the Mountain Top Resort and it was very convenient to stay here! It’s a bit harder to walk to the inn than expected, but it’s probably the closest rental available. At the end of the wedding, the inn van actually dropped us off while doing its route. Great stay and gorgeous views!

Mountain Top Visit

Great home—accommodating six adults and two pets for family gathering. Very clean and nicely outfitted. Private outdoor setting with Mountain View, grills and fire pit. Walk to hiking trails and nice restaurant. Nearby reservoir for kayaking and swimming. Excellent communication and responsiveness by host.

Simply Perfect

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we fell in love with this wonderful home. Absolutely perfect location right down the road from the Mountain Top Wedding we were attending. The home has such great character and is so inviting and comfortable. Spacious for our group of 7 adults, yet cozy enough for us to gather. We love the amazing views. Will most certainly return back to this serene home as soon as we can.

This house was great! Perfect for a family to spend time together during a wedding weekend. The host was super easy to communicate with and very helpful to us, old vermont houses can be tough in the winter, stone steps and ice were a little challenge but Evan helped us locate some sand! Would definitely recommend this house again!

Family fun, close to skiing

We had a great stay in December 2023. The house was conveniently located but in a serene and private location. We skied at Pico and it was an easy drive. We traveled with three kids (ages 9-11) and there was plenty of room. The second floor shower had great water pressure. Check in/out was easy. The host was super helpful and very responsive. I texted him when I thought we were locked out (it was very cold!) and the lock was able to be remotely unlocked for us. So helpful with a bunch of tired and whiny kids! Being pet friendly was a big bonus. Great stay all around!

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Evan was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean and comfortable. We were guests at a wedding at the Mountaintop Inn right up the road and with all the festivities at the Inn, this was the perfect place to stay as it was so close by. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect Stay For Wedding at Mountain Top

We had a great time in Chittenden. The house had beautiful views. The communication with Evan was great. We spent most of the time on the little deck looking at the mountains. It was walking distance to the Mountain resort where we went for a wedding. We would stay there again.

Cozy Cottage

Very nice property with great views. Upon arriving, we we greeted by several deer on the property. We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Mountain Top Inn which is a short walk or ride. When not exploring the surrounding towns, we enjoyed relaxing outside with the many birds or in the cozy sunroom.

Great ski weekend!

We loved our stay here! We arrived in a snowstorm and Evan was readily available to send out plows/sand for the driveway if we needed (we didn’t!). The house was so charming and clean, and 9 of us fit comfortably. Location was close enough to Killington for our ski trip (about 25 min), and we walked to the Mountain Top Inn for dinner which was great. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend!!
