„We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. Thanks for a great holiday in this stunning cottage — we can only warmly recommend it!“

„We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend ...

„The house is individually and tastefully decorated, well equipped with everything necessary and very spacious for 2 people. The windows in the bedroom and kitchen are equipped with solid fly screens - very helpful ;-) The house has a beautiful garden with spacious terrace (great view to Castiglion Fiorentino), which gives a Mediterranean feeling of life. „Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.“

„Erin und Luca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist einfach umwerfend und absolut ruhig. Das kleine Städchen ist allerding weit ab vom Schuss. Wir empfehlen schon vorab in einem Supermarkt einzukaufen. Aber das ist kein Mangel. Ist halt ländlich.“
