Nice hotel - combining beach and pool
Nice hotel in the outskirts of Paphos. A huge complex, at good quality level. VERY friendly and service-oriented staff. Beach and cool top. Food OK. Reaching downtown Paphos very easy with bus line 615, even late in the evening (back & forth). Mixed guests ... all ages, all of them rather settled and easy-going. No prob at all to find a place around the pool or at the beach - enough sun / shade for everyone and every taste. Explicitely ask for refurbished rooms, to be on the safe side.

Schöner Strand und neue Zimmer
Das St. George Hotel befindet sich circa 7 km vom Zentrum Paphos entfernt. Mit einem PKW kein Problem, anonsten muss man sich ein Taxi nehmen, denn die Ausgrabungen von Paphos muss man gesehen haben. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und verfügt über einen sehr schönen Pool- und Strandbereich. Das Zimmer ist neu, modern und hell eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft stand ein Obstkorb zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war prinzipiell sauber, wurde aber an einem Tag nicht gut gereingt (viele Haare am Boden verwischt). Das Frühstück war bot zwar eine reichliche Auswahl, doch waren die Speisen qualitativ nicht ganz so hochwertig (Orangensaft, Wurst sehr dick geschnitten) und etwas lieblos angerichtet. Prinzipiell kann man das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Ich würde jedoch auf die Halbpension verzichten und in der Umgebung zu Abend essen. In und um Paphos gibt es sehr viele Restaurants.

Tolles Hotel
Wir fanden den Aufenthalt prima. Man konnte sich gut erholen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig am Meer gelegen. Unter Palmen am Pool konnte man gut entspannen. Ein unaufdringliches Abendprogramm mit Livemusik. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war auch jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Abendessen ist allerdings absolut überteuert (22,00 Euro für Buffet), wenn man berücksichtigt, dass man für 15 Euro zusätzlich zu ÜF All Inclusive dazubuchen konnte. Beim Frühstück gibt es kaum Abwechslung, ist aber trotzdem recht vielseitig und i.O. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen in diesem Hotel.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien, les ascenseurs un peu compliqué, et par rapport aux repas du soir le fait de commander sa boisson c'est un peu long parfois on l'a qu'au milieu du repas c'est dommage. Et le fait de toujours donner son numéro de chambre ça serait bien de mettre des codes barres sur les bracelets comme çà on scanne et on n'en parle plus Peut être aussi prévoir les activités jet ski car là un peu compliqué la personne jamais sur place ou nous fait attendre très longtemps avant d'arriver. Pour les langues un peu de français ça serait pas mal Merci pour ce séjour

Good all inclusive hotel
3 day all inclusive break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Room was very good, staff were very friendly and attentive , food was well presented with plenty of choice. Drinks were limited to local spirits and local wines but these were acceptable. Only disappointment was use of plastic straws at the pool bar. All in all a great 3 night stay.

The hotel & staff were good but the quality of food was poor & all inclusive should not be restrictive like 2 different drinks menu or pool bar only do food till mid day unless you pay for it. I would decribe it as cheap quality drinks & food but cost expensive. Did not get what we paid for.

Good hotel with excellent food
Meals at this hotel are of excellent quality with plenty of choice. Rooms are modern, comfy and spacious. Entertainment in the evening is very poor though for anyone 20/60yrs. Unfortunately we were over run with rude, greedy, self centred Russians for 3 of the days we were there. Staff are friendly enough if you take the time to speak with them. Booked this as an all inclusive which was a fair deal. This could be an excellent choice for the money but has little to do in the evenings unless you are willing to leave the hotel and seek somewhere more lively

St George's nightmare
We arrived at reception and checked in both of us felt exited about our stay but that soon turned to dismay as we headed to our room down a corridor which had the feel of a public toilet or a corridor leading to a public swimming pool .our dismay got worse as we entered the room ..the ceiling tiles where broken ,,the television was hanging off the wall ,,the bedding was dirty and covered in what looked like ink from a pen,we contacted reception to send someone to fix the TV this was in the first 20 minutes after our arrival.we then decided to go down to the beach but found there where insufficient sun beds with parasols so there was no where to relax without being in the intense sun.the toilets near the pool bar area where disgusting absolutely ankle deep in water .the evening buffet was quite stressing also as my wife chose the kebabs but the meat was really under done ,,the final straw was the following morning at the breakfast buffet ..it was what I could only describe as a free for all rugby scrum with lots of obese people filling plate after plate with food most of which went to waste..the feeling of overwhelming stress due to being jossled as I tried to choose breakfast was to much .to top it of we went back to the room having left the sign,,make up our room ,,on the door,to find no clean towels ,,no clean bedding and the bin in the bathroom not emptied ,,still full of waste material ,we checked out immediately and booked elsewhere at our own cost

Stunning hotel with amazing rooms.
Lovely hotel with high standards. Evening Entertainment was a bit disappointing, the piano bar was lovely but the stage area/room was like being at a uk caravan site, very tacky and didnt fit in with the class of the hotel. Staff not overly friendly on reception but OK and always polite. Rooms are amazing as is overall standard of the hotel. Restaurant and bar staff lovely, food gorgeous, always topped up, very clean and fresh with lots of choice. Pool area is beautiful and plenty of beds etc (however we went at end of April). The bus service to the Harbour etc is brilliant, just like UK buses so although this hotel is a little way out, you can easily access the local areas. Shop and staff brilliant. The plugs in the rooms are UK 3 pin so dont worry about taking an adapter.

Lovely surroundings, great swim up pool at l, clean, lots of sun loungers all the way down to a beautiful private beach area. Best wifi connection facilities in all areas .
