THE SPACE
The villa consists of a 5+1 bedrooms, 6-bathroom retreat featuring a dedicated entertainment and cinema room, spanning 657 square meters. Located in the prestigious Lakewood Hills community in Choeng Thale, Phuket, this villa offers the perfect balance of convenience, luxury, and relaxation.

**Please note, a games room can be used as a 6th bedroom if needed.

**Services
• Housekeeping service is available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Bedsheets and towels will be changed on the 4th day of your stay, as well as a complete cleaning.
• Note that guests are responsible for dishes if they cook.
• A private chef can be provided if needed at an additional cost
• The villa has a list of wines that can be delivered if needed at an additional cost.

- Durian, drugs, and narcotics are strictly prohibited in the villa.
- Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pool cleaning: Mon, Wed & Fri - in the morning
- Garden: 4 times a week - the gardener will not be able to access the house; they will only work in the garden
