« Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel : le lieu est superbe, les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est la qualité du service.
Avant même notre arrivée, j’ai échangé plusieurs fois par e-mail avec Sofia, qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité remarquables. Elle m’a aidée à réserver un taxi, conseillé d’excellents restaurants aux alentours, et même indiqué le meilleur emplacement pour assister au spectacle.
