« The desription of the cabin as "Scenic Alaskan cabin in the mountains" is NOT accurate. It is an old 2 story duplex, not a cabin. This place is in a run down neighborhood right off the Glenn Hyw in earshot of the traffic noise. Yes, there is a mountain in front of the house, but everything in Alaska has a mountain in view. « This one bedroom one bath house was perfect for our needs while in AK. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and the peaceful evenings. The house was very new and so nicely appointed! The host was helpful and considerate in asking our needs. Lots of extras included. Thank you Brian and Jen! »

« We stayed for just under a week in late June/early July. We weren’t sure what to expect with staying in an apartment on-property with the host, but it was good. Kids were playing in the yard occasionally, but not loud and gave us our privacy. Very clean apartment. Nice amenities. Washer/dryer was very helpful. We were out and about most of the day, but it was a great place to retire after long outings. Blackout shades were a big help as we weren’t used to sunlight so late into the evening. We...
