It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. « This was all easy-peasy. Smooth as silk. The accuracies to the promotion of the guest house was totally accurate. Clean, comfortable, sweet, and private was first rate. Off street covered parking. Private secured patio for wine and appetizers right outside your front door with lovely dappled tree shade. »

The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us.
