The bathroom was terrible. The shower looked dirty and had a large crack in the floor. The toilet paper holder was barely still in the wall. Just looked dirty.

No hot water and that is unacceptable with that daily room rate. Could have stayed at another hotel that would not have had that problem. Breakfast is also disgusting. This is Hilton? SMH….. Not coming back to this hotel ever again.

This property doesn’t meet the basic Standard for a Double Tree…This Blue Ash Property is in such poor conditions, Black Mold in the showers, Bloody Hazmat Splatted on Drapes, Nasty and Dated interior, tv’s inop in suite, not enough staffing to offer meal service and Gym equipment in operable, washing Facility in operative. Slightly less enjoyable than prior stay
My husband and i have stayed here several times before. This stay was very disappointing. I paid $254 thru a third party for a balcony room. It was room #130. The bathroom needs work there was a crack in the shower flooring, stain in living room carpet, and lights over sink kept flickering. My level of comfort abd cleanliness did not equate to the money spent. I feel for 254.00 for one night; i couldve paid less and got more for my money. I frequent hotels year round and do not mind spending top dollar for a specific level of stay. This stay fell very short and does not represent the hotel brand as i know it. This needs major attention. The parking lot had debris that should've been picked up as well. My overall stay was DISAPPOINTING. I do not enjoy wasting my hard earned money. I hope this grabs the attentionof management and corporate. This needs to be addressed

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Pleasantly surprised they had a great restaurant on property. So convenient after traveling several hours and not having to get in the car to find a place to eat. Full bar, tasty lamb chops, excellent wealthy rice bowl wit choice of toppings. I chose shrimp. The other topping options were chicken and steak. Our room had 2 TVs! One in the living room area, one in the bedroom. A large door can be closed to separate the areas. Perfect for a family with children. The other bonus was its pet friendly, so we could bring our cat. We got 2 coupons for free breakfast, valued at $21 each! If we’d stayed another night, they’d offered free drink coupons for the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of bagels, toast, juices, fresh berries, boxed cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. Other choices were creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast. We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very hard working and a real team effort!

Front desk staff was sitting in back room looking at mobile phone every time we came to the desk. We made multiple requests for bedding for the sofa bed and were promised it was on the way. Approaching bedtime, my wife finally tracked down someone who got us bedding. No sense of urgency by staff.

This was a last minute "get away for the evening" . The Bistro dinner was amazing (even though i had to change my order do to oack of product) a few dollars was taken off of my meal fir the inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast buffet tickets were a vere nice touch. Wish the cookies had of been done this morning so i could have purchased some to take eith me😋

Excellent stay.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our six year wedding anniversary when we were doing some events in town. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were very friend and helpful. The front desk attendant was super kind and even gave us breakfast coupons for our anniversary. The cookies upon arrival were super sweet as well. We actually got a few to take home to our children. We will be staying here next time we are in town.
