3 beds (two in one bedroom), 2 baths, living room, and kitchen all appeared very clean. The location is clearly pretty unbeatable (walkable to downtown and obviously OTR, also just a couple hundred feet from the trolley stop) and theirs is good natural light in the main living space. The price was also fair for the city, so overall 5 stars.Property manager did ask a litany of somewhat invasive questions, which felt a bit rude or at least unwelcoming. (For example, I replied to the question presented of who’s staying, saying that I live in town but had reserved the apartment for my family to stay at; the immediate response was that the number of guests needed to match the reservation [it did] and a statement that visitors are not allowed [which was never the plan].) Not sure if this was procedural on their part or not, but it definitely wasn’t friendly hospitality. The other weird thing is that the check out instructions stated to put dirty towels on the sofa… not sure what that accomplishes other than making the sofa dirty. Fortunately, the host does not burden the guests with any further check out cleaning tasks, like many other rental properties do.In summary, I can highly recommend this rental as of April 2026, provided you don’t mind a bit of stern instruction from the manager.
