„My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.“

„Place was great! Location was great! Our entire crew from back in the day met up and had a great time. Actually the first night we didnt even go out. Instead, we got carryout from Gomez Salsa and drinks from Kroger and enjoyed the rooftop and game room. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!“

„My husband, myself, and our two kids 13 and 17 stayed three nights. We have zero complaints. It was in a great area, walking distance to so many things and super close to the connector. We were worrie about parking in a garage but it was seamless. You'd be crazy not to book this place!“

„Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.“

„Our stay in Covington at 712 Madison, was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The residence was cozy and perfect. Great location as it is within walking distance of several good places to eat. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to go somewhere we had never been. Loved it! Lots to see and do in the Covington, Ky/Cincinnati, OH area and everything was easily accessible. „Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here”“

„The house was nice for the price. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and we were not far from the downtown area. A couple of updates would help. The bathroom fan is noisy when first turned on. Also, the blinds were broken in a couple of spots so light came through. TV batteries were dead when we arrived but they dropped off replacements within a couple of hours, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.“

„The communication was very easy with Robby and he fulfilled all of our requests. The unit was spacious. The beds were super comfortable, however the pillows could have been better. The only downside of the stay was the traffic noise. There was consistent traffic noise well past 3:00am. So if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. We walked all over downtown and it was really easy to get to places. We had a fabulous time.“

„The apartment was very clean and just like the pictures. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Cincy. Lots of space! Location was perfect! Walkable to great restaurants, attractions (Findlay market, TQL stadium, Washington Park, etc), and bars. Only a few blocks from the Free Streetcar stop. We had a great weekend!“

„Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. “
