If downtown cincinnati was a dart board, we would be on the bullseye. We are located on the edge of Over-The-Rhine and the Central Business District where you are walkable to sports games, concerts, major company headquarters, and world renowned bars and restaurants.

We are walking distance to anything downtown. There are plenty of other options for transport such as a Red bikeshare station next to our condo and easy access to the Cincinnati streetcar that stops on our block.

- The condo is on the third story of the building, so two flights of stairs are required to access the space.
- All guests entering the home must be registered in the AirBnb reservation. No more than 4 people are allowed.
- Absolutely no smoking, no parties, and no pets. There is a $150 FINE for any type of evidence of smoking (marijuana, tobacco, hoodka, etc). We define a party as any gathering of more than 4 people or a group of less than 4 people that are disturbing our neighbors. You will be asked to leave immediately if any of these rules are violated.
