« Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful bringing us towels and extra coffee milks when we asked. Also allowed us to check in early for free which was very much appreciated. Controlled...

« Séjour de deux jours dans cet hotel Ibis, à l'écart de la ville. Pas de transport à moins de 15 mn à pied d'un arrêt de bus, après avoir traversé un parc de nuit. Le personnel à l'accueil est simplement là. Nous avons pris le repas du soir et avons attendu 45 mn que l'on nous porte nos plats qui étaient bons. Mais l'agent d'accueil était attentiste, pas de mot sympathique. Nous avons été réveillé par l'alarme incendie à 3 h du matin. Aucune excuse de la part du personnel qui n'y était pour rien....

« Logement au pied du métro, parfait, cependant quelques gros points noirs ! L'enregistrement se fait via un site web très mal codé, où il faut envoyer son passeport et une photo avec son passeport. Ce que je trouve deja derangeant pour reserver une chambre dhotel. Il faudra possiblement vous battre pendant 30 minutes pour réussir à envoyer les informations, sinon pas de carte pour la chambre.
