« This was a great location, I loved the suite style room with many amenties in the kitchenette. The Bar Daniel and roof top were fun and so convenient. The staff was amazing! Only recommendation is to have hand soap in the bathroom. Weird that it's missing and had to use the shower gel. »

« mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« The Richemont was excellent. Stayed here on my wedding night and the staff sent up champagne along with a bag of local treats. The staff was very pleasant, and the property was beautiful in a great area downtown Charleston. Thanks Richemont team! »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« Property was very clean and had all the amenities of a hotel but a lot more room. Bed was very comfortable as well which is a rarity in my opinion. Great walking options for dining. Host was excellent with anything we needed! Did not use the pool so cannot comment. »
