„From taking the booking to leaving the lodge we did not experience any issues, which is exactly what you want . I really felt like the staff went out of their way to make us feel wanted and ensure we had a pleasant stay. The lodge was perfect, clean and comfortable and fully equipped. The bedrooms were more like hotel standard rather than self catering. We loved the location of the lodge, it was great for exploring the area. „We had a fabulous few days. Lovely property, everything we needed from table tennis and tennis bats, and lots of lovely games. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you would need. There are lots of lovely walks and dogs appeared to be welcome. We will be going back.“

„The house is in a peaceful location on Lower Mill Estate, with views over a quiet lake and just a few minutes walk to the amenities. The hosts were excellent, providing comprehensive information before and during the stay and useful information on the local area. We enjoyed our stay at the house. Our only negative is the futon in the second bedroom - ok for children but not comfortable for adults. Overall a lovely relaxing stay.“

„We had another lovely stay at the Lower Mill estate. Kids enjoyed the watersports, bike rentals, swimming and tennis and the independence of having it all within easy access. The cottage was a good space for the 2 families - 2 mums, 4 kids with a well stocked kitchen. It was a little dusty as nobody had stayed for awhile, which did also mean a lot of quite large spiders. Probably inevitable as you are so near the water but they were some of the biggest I have ever seen or had to deal with!“

„The property is very modern and well presented. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The position of the property was perfect, overlooking the lake at the back and overlooking the park/tennis courts from the kitchen window which was a bonus for allowed the children to play outside not far from home. The hot tub was lovely even in the rain.“

„Such wonderful surroundings with amazing walks. The house was perfect for 6 of us and the kitchen had every appliance with a huge island and dining table. The outside area was beautiful with the hot tub, gas BBQ, loungers and table and chairs. Loved watching all the Wild life and the paddle boards going by. We will definitely be back! „Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+ ...

„My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok. Once you found the home, it was easy after that. They left many goodies to enjoy. Thank you! Their kitchen is well-stocked and has a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. I loved ...
