„The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. „Very nice property, spacious for the 10 of us and nicely cleaned. Easy check-in and good communication before and during our stay, thanks! Perfectly placed for visiting different places in the Cotswolds.We were disappointed that access to the table tennis room was not granted, despite being advertised in the pictures - we were not notified of this before we enquired during the stay (upon which we were informed that it required wiring works)“

„Upon walking into the property the hallway wall had dirty marks on it and really could have done with painting. The overall impression of the property was that it was very dated and needed a freshen up. The sofa was very old and very low, we all had trouble getting up from it and we did report this. The photos were very misleading as the property was a lot smaller than we initially were lead to believe. All in all a disappointing stay.“

It was very clean and well appointed throughout. We were 7 adults and 2 children and the property coped easily with our number. The outlook onto the lake provided a great setting. “
