« Marina is an impeccable host; very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She helped us navigate parking our vehicle and obtaining the ZTL and provided local area guidance. The location of her place is fantastic; we walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was some road noise but a white noise machine at night did the trick for this light sleeper. Bergamo is beautiful and we had a wonderful visit there! »

« First, Antonio is not just a Super Host, he is súper friendly. He wants to make sure he gives you all the information you need to have a great time in Milan. He also makes himself very approachable so whatever you need, you will get. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The neighborhood is very safe and the metro is steps away, plus there is a very good restaurant to the left of the building and a few other places you’ll find on the way. »

"Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel flambant neuf. Bon Petit déjeuner. Par contre l’hôtel - au bout d’un. un centre commercial - est situé très loin du centre et donc de la citta alta. Notre chambre située au dessus de la réception donnait sur les travaux du tramway. Le personnel à la réception (Lucas) à notre arrivée ne nous a pas informés sur les transports en commun. C’est ainsi que nous nous sommes retrouvés piazza de la liberta sans aucun moyen de transport pour regagner l’hôtel à 20h40 ; pas de taxi dispo car jour de match de foot !!! Avons appelé l’hôtel qui nous a demandé d’aller à la gare ferroviaire et de prendre le tramway, ce que nous avons fait. Malheureusement le tramway ne fonctionnait plus non plus ! Sommes finalement rentrés à 23h30 en taxi moyennant 40 euros… Nous partageons notre mésaventure car il faudrait améliorer le service client à la réception et être souriant et avenant."
