The Trulli Almaviva are beautiful trulli featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, and lawn. This traditional rural home, fully renovated, is available for vacation rentals in the Itria Valley in Cisternino.
The garden of this splendid estate features a brand-new outdoor hot tub (2.4 m x 2.4 m), a brick barbecue , a wood-fired oven, an outdoor shower, and parking.
All major amenities are provided, including air conditioning in every room, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors, a safe, an alarm system, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee, a toaster, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and a TV.
The trulli can accommodate up to 8 guests in total.

Trulli Almaviva is a stunning villa with a pool set in historic trulli, located in the Itria Valley, in a picturesque setting with exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the renowned village of Cisternino.
The garden spans over 4,000 square meters, featuring a meticulously manicured lawn, fragrant with Mediterranean scrub and shaded by fruit trees and olive groves, offering various oases of tranquility.
Theexclusive pool is surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs, deck chairs, and a gazebo. Shade structures and patios allow you to enjoy the outdoor spaces in absolute comfort. Adjacent to the pool is an open-air bathroom with a toilet and an outdoor shower.
Thehot tub area, featuring a 2.4 x 2.4-meter tub, is surrounded by greenery and the scents of the vegetation.
There are two thatched-roof pavilions: one equipped with elegant lounge furniture for relaxation, and another facing the pool, furnished with a table, chairs, and a countertop featuring an induction cooktop, a mini-fridge, an electric oven, and a sink with hot and cold water, for comfortable dining while enjoying a sweeping view of the pool and the village of Cisternino.
There is also a veranda in front of the trulli, offering additional shelter from the sun or wind, as well as a brick barbecue area and a wood-fired oven.

Skillfully renovated by the owners, the Trulli Almaviva are decorated and furnished with design elements that define their style.
The home opens into a cozy dining room located in a trullo. Adjacent to it is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and four double bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms with showers, and one with an adjacent bathroom for exclusive use.

Trulli Almaviva is located in the countryside of Cisternino, less than 2 km from the center of this charming village, renowned for its historic center, culinary traditions, and architectural and cultural treasures.
Other interesting historic towns are just a few minutes’ drive away, such as Martina Franca (10 km), Ceglie Messapica (12 km), and Ostuni (just 14 km). The Adriatic coast is also very close by. The beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve are just a half-hour drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 250, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 90 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The use of the hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival (opening and closing can only be handled by authorized personnel). The use is available with an extra fee of euro 80 per day and exclusively from 10am to 8pm in low season and from 10am to 9pm in high season.
- It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to recharge electric vehicles from the property’s electrical outlets.
- Washing machine available with an extra payment of euro 30 per use (anti-waste rule).
