„Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden im Zimmer und konnten unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln und als Ausgleich bis zum Nachmittag bleiben. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Negativ - in der Bar wird automatisch das Trinkgeld angerechnet und abgerechnet. Bei 145€ für die Getränke, knapp 30€ als „Service“ ist schon ordentlich. “
