„Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. „It was a wonderful place to stay! It was just what we needed with access along the coast. It came stocked with tea and coffee and supplies to cook with. We loved it! So charming!“

„The kitchen was ill-equipped- no cheese grater- and the furniture had strips of veneer hanging off which needed to be glued back on. The beds were hard, and none of the strip lights above the basins worked, making shaving difficult. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was poor.
