Kein Wifi im Zimmer
Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir kein Wifi auf dem Zimmer so dass wir zum Buchen des folgenden Hotels entweder auf dem Flur stehen mussten oder an der Rezeption sitzen konnten. Für eine Abhilfe würde leider trotz Reklamation nicht gesorgt.

I liked that it was close to the 401 but was quiet and clean. There is a strip mall in the same parking lot with food options which was great. And we found a park nearby - Soper Park Trail which had nice walking paths. There were lots of choices in the included breakfast and they used real dishes and cutlery, which I appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

I found Cathy (cleaning staff) to be particularly personable & very professional. All of the staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional & made me feel welcome. My favourite thing is the enclosed garden/doggy area. That’s a very special touch for those of us who love our pets. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Too bad the elevator broke and I could not get to my 3rd floor handicapped room. The staff member on duty was terrific tho, found me a new first floor room.

Bed needed to be replaced. Halls smelled musty, but room was fine. Hotel was clean. No one at desk when I was checking out, so couldn’t get my bill.

Everything was broken..
Booked in for a hockey tournament. Fitness room and pool were closed for the entire stay. Elevator was broken for last two days of our stay, so we had to haul hockey gear and suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. Staff was friendly, but when everything's broken, it doesn't matter.

My initial room absolutely stunk of smoke. I requested to change. So they happily moved me and were very pleasant with me. However, the tub in my 2nd room wouldn’t drain and the faucet is continuously leaking.

This may not be the properties fault, but when we got there we were charged an additional $17-18 in local fees. When booking through Expedia these fees are not included. If we had booked through the Best Western site, they would have been included. The staff member was very abrasive and non-sympathetic about describing why the additional fee was required. Also, we booked a room for 5 people. We didn't have enough towels or cups in the room and had to request more. They provided 2 coffee servings, one decaf and one regular. Yes, you can ask for more stuff, but it just seemed a bit like they were trying to minimize expenses, rather than making things convenient for their guests. The weekend breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff friendly. The hotel was clean. The pool was quite nice.

Room felt like a dungeon. Not hot water. Tv didn’t work. Tried to over charge me for smoking in a room that has strong smoke scent upon checking in. Extremely poor management with no skill in how to develop employees. Employee must be thinking” I don’t want to go to work at this place and I don’t enjoy my job” over heard them saying this. Hooker scam running on 1st floor. Drug dealers in and out side door. This place is a s show. Stay and you’ll see
