« This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the historic charm. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not top notch to me, was the valet service. It was slow at times, however the valet staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good, facilities are nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Little Rock. »

« Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance »

« The room had dirty and old food items under the couches. The bed and pillows were terrible, woke up with bad neck pain. The breakfast was okay, not pet friendly. No grass anywhere, the "pet area" was a small section with large stones that was littered with trash. Staff was very nice and friendly. »
