« This is a very well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended. »

« The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again. »

« Host was not great at responding to messages before my reservation. I had not received anything regarding check in until morning of, which is fine but that would be nice to know in the description. Traveled in winter and when we arrived the driveway and walk up path were icy and snow covered. It would have been nice to have that shoveled and taken care of before our stay. When we arrived for our stay, the house was dirty. Garbage's were not emptied, sheets were not changed and there was left...
