Met a very good friend of there’s named Todd. There were issues with the gate at the boat ramp. No fault of anyone’s other than the HOA committee. „House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.“
