« Everything was fine until someone starting slamming their room door every couple minutes at 10pm »

« I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton Warsaw, the room was clean, nice shower, plenty of room, tv worked and I was happy to see a sign saying to be quiet after 10pm as people exit the elevator. I thought the breakfast was a bit lame but overall a very good stay. »

« The room was clean, but breakfast was very limited at 8:30 a.m. (one hour before it was to end). The eggs and sausage were luke warm as was the "hot" water for tea/oatmeal. No fruit. I need to eat gluten-free and left hungry and disappointed. »

« The room was not clean. We had to get our rooms moved to another one because the blankets, toilet, Jacuzzi, and floor was not clean. Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. Go somewhere else. »

« The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. The guests in the room next to ours were quite noisy, staying up past 3 a.m. I also called within the hour after checking out to report that I had left my swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. The man who had been on duty during our stay assured me he would set it aside for me, as I planned to return the following week to pick it up. « Nous avions notre réservation déjà d'effectuée et à notre arrivée une tornade venait de passer dans cette région. Il n'y avait plus d'électricité dans le quartier. Le maitre d’hôtel nous a apporté une dizaine de grosses chandelles à batterie pour s'éclairer et on a quand même eu un service super. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. »

The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. « I came in for my grandmas funeral, and i couldn't have asked for a better stay. Insanely clean, easy check in and check out, the staff was top notch and treated us with so much care. As someone who majored in hospitality i was shocked about how wonderful this location was. Better than most 5 stars. Look fwd to staying again! I won't stay anywhere else when i come to see family »

« As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option.
