Upon using i realized this hotel outsources staff members in using this kiosk which was extremely unhelp to use. the agent of the agent was extremely rude and would not answer if i could check in with a person on site. i had the same experience upon check out. i would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs!“

„The room was clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently located close to downtown.“
