« I had an emergency and ask to cancel, they staff was not helpful at all I was even willing to come a different day just to use the day I had reserved. Not helpful at all! Said a manager would call me of course nobody called. »

« It's a good stay. Everything is very compact and efficient in this Studio-like hotel room. The appliances (kitchen and laundry) were nothing special but they got the job done. The outlets in the kitchen had child-proofing that worked so well that I couldn't even plug anything in. Thankfully the staff were very kind and were able to send someone to help! The breakfast was a little bare bones (only a handful of selections every morning) but I wasn't really eating there that much anyway. Everything...

« Upon checking into the hotel, we were told that the booking we booked through hotel.com was a scam. Evidently American Suites does not exist and uses the same address and phone number as American Inn. There were no rooms available to stay at American Inn. I’m still waiting for my refund. »

« My week-long stay in Coralville was great. The room was quiet and clean. The location was convenient for me, visiting a family member at nearby Summit. The best part of the stay was the service provided by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The night clerk helped me with a very late check-in and greeted me on my return each night. “Iowa Nice” for sure. Many thanks, and I will return on my next visit to Coralville. »
