Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The worst part was the bitter experience with the owner.We rented the place for 2 nights.When we got in, we saw the place is not clean specially kitchen and bathroom.. All the doors were open to the second floor . We used upstairs because it was more clean and we thought they didn’t get a chance to clean downstairs that is why they opened the door to upstairs. Apparently the owner is renting two units. And either owner, or property manager, or cleaning ladies forgot to close the doors to upstairs that is why everything was unlocked and open to use without our knowledge.Gladly during the first day of stay, we stopped by the house and saw few young ladies were wondering who has used the upstairs. I explained, apologized , picked up our stuff, and moved them downstairs , and left for biking. I called the property management and explained because I wanted them to know the situation. Few minutes later, I got a text that either I have to pay hundredor i need to evacuate and if not they will take my stuff at the porch. I called the number but it was not responding. The person was kept threatening me that in 10 min, now 5 min your stuff will be at porch. Apparently the tenant upstairs asked them to refund for hundred the owner wanted to get it from me. I finally after several back and forth with property manager, authorized to pay since I didn’t have any other choice but we got home and saw all my belongings at the porch. 2 computers, my purse , suitcase, luggage, hygiene stuff.
