Cette cabine se trouve sur 10 acres privé au sommet d'une montagne, avec des vues incroyables à la fois les porches supérieurs et inférieurs. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée en concevant et en construisant cette carlingue unique d'une sorte. Certaines des nombreuses caractéristiques comprennent; Bûches faites à la main et pelées et balustrades de fer, poteaux d'arbre, porches extra larges pour apprécier les vues et les étoiles la nuit.
Certaines autres caractĂ©ristiques de cette maison comprennent une cuisine en granit et en acier inoxydable, 2 cheminĂ©es au bois vĂ©ritable personnalisĂ©. Le lit Master avec plateau-coussin King est Ă©quipĂ© d'un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat LCD de 48 pouces pour votre confort et votre cheminĂ©e. MaĂźtre de bain a un grand bain Ă  remous coin jetĂ© noir, immense promenade d'ardoise w / pluie tĂȘte. La 2Ăšme chambre dispose d'un lit queen, un coin salon, des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et dispose d'un balcon privĂ© pour observer la faune d'en haut. La 3Ăšme chambre a Ă©galement de trĂšs hauts plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et 2 lits doubles. La 4Ăšme chambre dispose d'une bĂ»che Ă  plateau-coussin avec des peintures murales personnalisĂ©es de l'extĂ©rieur. Le loft sert de 5Ăšme BR. & offre un lit supplĂ©mentaire et un bureau d'ordinateur pour ceux d'entre nous qui peuvent avoir Ă  travailler pendant leurs vacances.

En bas se trouve une grande salle de jeux avec ping-pong, table de billard, mini-cuisine, télévision à écran plat et cheminée.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e offre un grand espace de vie avec deux canapĂ©s, une cheminĂ©e et une tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente de 65 po pour profiter de Netflix ou d’un lecteur DVD avec plus de 50 options de choix.

À l'extĂ©rieur, nous avons un bain Ă  remous couvert pour profiter de la vue sur la montagne, une zone de cuisson, de nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue magnifique sur la montagne et un foyer pour les feux de fin de soirĂ©e.

J'ai loué un hélicoptÚre et pris quelques photos aériennes de la cabine afin que vous puissiez avoir une idée de la position de celle-ci dans son environnement. Prise le 10/10/11

Nice,relaxing stay with plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together! The black bear that came to visit was beautiful but had us on watch the rest of our stay. Great hosts!

Blessed Memories

This was a chance for our family and our sons in-laws to get together as one big family. The house was large enough for gathering and as well as provide alone time. Great view and everything was just perfect. Sandy was great and made our stay memorable.

The pictures doesn't do it justice. We had a blast 10 ladies and we had so much room. The place was very clean and a very good layout. The owner was very quick too respond. We got to go to 2 wineries and the grocery store is very close. We just loved our trip the only thing bad is we had to leave. I will definitely be going back.

Disappointed

This was a getaway with family and friends for my 70th birthday. First let me say, part of my disappointment is my own fault. I didn't realize that two of the bedrooms had no windows (the room with the tree mural and the one with the bunk beds) which made them very dark and musty. Two days in, we discovered that the hotwater heater was leaking into the those two bedrooms and hall which was probably causing the mustiness. When you stepped on the floor, the water came up through the flooring. Owner had the unit repaired very quickly but the clean up only consisted of three small box fans which did nothing to dry up the flooring underneath making the bedrooms unusable. I was not happy with the owner's meager offer of a 10% discount (if I agreed to give them a five star review - a little insulting). As an aside the bedding, linens and towels are worn and tired looking. The tables and chairs on the big deck have seen better days and were not very clean. The property is very impressive when you drive up but did not live up to initial expectations. FYI - the driveway is very steep and winding. I would not suggest coming in after dark on your first day as it is not well-lit at all.

Bugs will be crawling in your face while you sleep!

I really wanted to love this cabin, but unfortunately, it fell short in multiple ways. The cleanliness was a major issue—pet hair was all over the bed sheets, pillowcases, and even the pillows themselves, which was unacceptable. It also shows that the sheets and pillowcases were not washed! Gross!!The cabin was also dusty, and there were bugs inside, making it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The explanation from the owner was that its seasonal, but how does seasonal mean inside the house?? There were lovebugs crawling on my son's face while he slept!The pool table was another letdown. It was so uneven that all the balls rolled to one side, making it practically useless. On top of that, the owner was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with, which made the experience even more frustrating.We did not use the hot tub or any other amenities to comment.After reading past reviews, it’s clear that these problems have been mentioned before, yet nothing has been done to fix them. It’s a shame because the location is great—very central to everything—and the cabin itself has potential. If they just took the time to clean properly and update the furnishings, it could actually be a nice place to stay. But in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

60th birthday getaway

Wonderful location between Helen and Cleveland. Their were 12 of us that celebrated my husbands 60th birthday. Lots of room. Love the basement area. Hot tub was nice! Lots of room to sit outside but was too cold for us to enjoy. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend this home for your family getaway.

Wonderful

Overall the cabin was wonderful. Very comfortable. Great set up for a family and the furnishings, kitchen items needed, firewood, trash bags, etc were all provided for and more. It is very convenient to hiking and to Helen which was great. The grill was not clean on arrival and the sheets in our bedroom were well worn but overall we would give this cabin an excellent overall rating!

Private, Spacious, Beautiful

This is a wonderful property! We stayed Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids. We had plenty of space when the 9 of us wanted to play card games or watch football. There was also plenty of space for any private time. The cabin is beautifully decorated. A big bonus is the fenced yard and the gated decks. It was great to have both a ping pong table and a pool table on the lower level. The pool table has been well loved and added some comic relief to our games! It was great recreation. The kitchen is roomy and has all the cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. that you could possibly need. The outside is well lit and the covered carport is very nice. The drive up is steep but no problems getting up the hill and parking. The cabin location is private while still being close to Helen and Cleveland. Highly recommend this property and Sandy and Steve as hosts! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful Home

Our entire family stayed here for 4 days and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Room for everyone without being on top of each other. Even though while at the home you felt a million miles away from the world for peace & relaxation we were still only a 5 minute drive from everything we wanted to see. We will definitely stay there again & highly recommend this home to everyone

Convenient, comfortable, & relaxing!

We absolutely loved the location & convenience of this cabin. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles with a circular driveway (very steep/twisty on one side) and detached covered parking as well (steep climb to it also, but manageable). The view is amazing, lots of open deck space as well as covered. The hot tub worked great and was very clean. There was only 4 of us staying on this trip, so we did not use the rooms upstairs, but overall, this would be perfect for large families or a friends trip. We did use the fireplaces, very cozy. The king beds were super comfy and I loved having the fireplace heater in our room. Overall, this cabin offered many great features and we had a fantastic trip. The only negatives (very small maintenance recommendations) we would mention are that the railing needs some slight securing on the front (easy peasy) and the main level master toilet needs attention with the tank parts getting stuck and not filling back up right away (it does eventually, but not right away. Also easy fix). We all said we would stay here again in the future. Thank you!!

Perfect for large family!

Wonderful, spacious cabin perfect for our family of 12 with plenty of space inside and out. The location can’t be beat - so close to so many attractions! The three levels gave us all plenty of room to spread out and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Wrap around porches provided the perfect place for morning coffee and to enjoy the beautiful views. There was plenty of seating and even tables to enjoy meals outside. All the kids had plenty of room to run and play out back. Really, none of us wanted to leave! The hosts could not have been more kind and responsive. We will be back!

This is a beautiful mountain home with fantastic views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are plenty of large sized rooms, and cute decor throughout the home to solidify the feel of mountain living. This is my second time staying here, and would stay again.

Fantastic getaway

My family and I stayed at this wonderful cabin for 4 nights and we regretted that we did not book more nights. The cabin was gorgeous and the property had the most beautiful views we have ever seen. The driveway was a little steep but once you got to the cabin, it was flat and an easy walk up the stairs, to get to the front door. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the space accommodated my family very well.

Enjoyed our stay. There were seventeen of us but we didn’t feel cramped- plenty of room for everyone. The deck was a very nice place to drink your morning coffee. The driveway was big enough for all 5 cars. Definitely would recommend this house.

PERFECT home❀

What a beautiful time we had at A Point Of View. Easy access up to the house (last turn was a bit steep but we all had four wheel drive or all wheel. Can be tricky if drive is wet). Well cared for grounds. Just a gorgeous first impression. Checking in was easy peasy.Communication with Sandy was wonderful.She responded quickly to any questions. Me being somewhat OCD I took with us EVERYTHING I thought I would need for our stay. However, only the food was used. The home is well stocked. From toilet paper to silverware. A/C cooled beautifully on all the floors. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and easy to operate. We brought our lil fur boy and we were very pleased with having a fenced yard . We still kept him leached while outside though. The fire pit was a great touch and perfect environment to hangout with our daughter and son and their family. We were there to celebrate my husbands 80th bday and it was the perfect setting. The views are gorgeous and absolutely the perfect place to wake up to and sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee. Thank you Sandy for sharing your home. We highly recommend this home if you’re looking for something extra special.

Great views cleanliness lacking

Cleanliness was far below our expectations. Countertops, couches, and floors were dirty and sticky upon arrival, there was residue of what looked like a spilled drink on the inside of the front door and there was so much dust/dirt/hair collected in every nook and cranny. None of the blankets or comforters are washed between renters (which was confirmed when we were asked upon departure to strip beds but not “quilts, comforters or pillow shams”- an indication that they are never or rarely washed.) The banisters in the loft and on the outer deck are very loose, I would be careful not to lean on any of them. A few of the chairs around the fireplace were broken and the pool table was in rough shape- there were holes in the felt so you couldn’t really play a good game on it. I could go on but will refrain. The gist is we made the best of the situation and had a good time, the views were beautiful and the neighborhood was nice. This could have been a really nice place to stay if some more care was put into the maintenance and cleanliness of the home.

Amazing view

This cabin was far and above expectations. The view alone was breathtaking and the house had more amenities then any house I have rented before. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the Helen Ga area.
