Eclipse Adventure
We joined family who live in Cleveland Heights to view the total eclipse. The house was in a great location and fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. The host was quick to reply to our questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just as promised
Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. HVAC worked well so the temps in the house were always comfortable. 15 minute easy walk to CVS for forgotten toiletries, and to Lee Street to get excellent small business food.

STAY COULD HAVE BEEB AMAZING
Black ants everywhere, we had to buy insect spray. There was a dead mouse in the linen drawer, no common restroom, smoke detector hanging out of ceiling in 2nd bedroom, and kitchen chandelier was leaning. If it wasn't for the ants and the mouse, this would have been an amazing stay.

Clean and comfortable
The modern bathrooms and kitchen were a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had space to gather together and to break off for down time if needed. It was important to us to have a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor since one of our party has mobility issues. The street was busy so sitting on the front porch was a bit noisy but we did not really hear the traffic inside the house. Overall, very nice house with a location convenient to all we wanted to do.

parking became an issue
Not adequate parking for the guest. My family and I used this location last year for a funeral. We parked on the front lawn, but for what very reason it was a problem this year. The host was upset that I mention to her that we spent a lot of money and the grass and tree branches in the driveway should've been cut. That is why this stay did not go as well as last year. When I arrived the house smelled as it did last year I went to the store and buy air fresheners for every room. A couple of the bedroom's window blinds were broken, the dining room tablecloth was worn and torn, and the fort porch is very unsecure wobbly to be exact.

A great experience!
The photos that are listed for this home does no justice to the actual inside. The amenities in this house were top notch, the appliances new, everything you would think you would need in a home away from home it was there. It was stocked with paper products paper towels bathroom tissue, everything was easy to fine vacuum broom ironing board iron washer and dryer. Huge yard space front and back on Friday now we had a fish fry out of this world all done in the spacious backyard of course and then chicken wings on Saturday night was also prepared in our outdoor deep fryer. There were four floors every room was nice! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to be in the Cleveland Heights, Cleveland, Euclid, or Shaker area to take a look at this location here you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic House and Host!
First, the house was fantastic with each of the 6 of us having his own bed and only 2 sharing a bathroom. The neighborhood is great and convenient to local restaurants and shopping and to downtown and neighboring cities. The hosts were responsive to texts and assisted us when a previous host cancelled 2 weeks prior to our stay. You won't be disappointed

Family and friends came to Cleveland for a weekend getaway for the Browns/Lions game. Huge home for our group of 6. Well appointed and maintained. Would definitely stay here again! Wonderful host!!

Large functional space for gatherings but needs better upkeep
This home is in a wonderful neighborhood. The communication with the proprietor was spotty with waiting for access entry (front door bolted). They overcharged for guests who were not staying overnight with no response. The house is spacious but some minor furniture literally falling apart - end tables, etc. For anyone with difficulty stair climbing beware of porches and staircases. Using the oven (nothing burned) set off the smoke detector which never stopped alarming for the days we were there. The next door neighbor was delightful and we enjoyed her company/Cleveland recommendations. The front porch has a lot of potential. The house needs a deep cleaning - it is overdue.

Perfect option for a large group
The house was better than the pictures and descriptions could do it justice. We had a group of 10 gathering in Cleveland for a football weekend and this place could not have been more ideal. Sleeping and bathroom arrangements were ideal, as was the proximity to downtown. Would absolutely recommend.

So many Bathrooms!
We each had our own bathroom! That was so great! We sure had a good time. Suggestion- the king size bed on 3rd floor is resting on box spring that is too small. Box spring should be replaced soon. All in all- great stay at very nice place.

The property itself was great. The problem that we had was checking into the house. We arrived at the check-in time without instructions on how to unlock the doors. The owner was Unreachable for 45 minutes. The other issue we had was with the grill. It was listed as an amenity, but it was not available for us to use.

Mother Natures Surprise
Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 12 ladies! Unfortunately Mother Nature stormed and power was out from Friday evening till Sunday when we left. Luckily we did not have much food to throw out and had plans to be gone most of the time. We had fun and would stay again , but would bring flashlights along!!!!

We loved our stay in Cleveland at this house. It was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It’s located in a great neighborhood, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Downtown Cleveland was just a short drive away.

Nice property, convenient location
We stayed here as a group of 6 adults and two teenagers for the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championship in August 2019. The property is very well set up as a VRBO, with one BR on the main floor, four on the second floor, and one up on the third floor. Each BR has its own bathroom with shower except for two BRs on the second floor that share a bathroom. There was plenty of space for us, the house was tidy, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and the location was convenient--walks of under a mile to either direction led to shops and restaurants. Check-in/out was easy, and the owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet (the house is on a fairly major street, but nonetheless was not overly noisy). There was plenty of parking space and a big front porch for socializing. Would stay here again.

I would like to first if all thank Jon for staying at my property.Cedar house is really big house that has a three-car garage and plenty of space in the backyard. Also it is a single house and you can park in the driveway too. A total of 8 cars can park easily. One guest had brought a Uhaul truck in the past. My guests are able to reach me via phone calls, text and emails. I also have a coworker who lives 7 minutes away from the property. During his stay, I did not get any complaints for parking. I am surprised at his review, because Jon actually wanted to extend his stay one more day, but we could not accommodate him due to availability.

My brothers, sisters and in laws stayed and had a wonderful time. We sat on the front porch, BBQ’d in the back, and had plenty of room to sit inside. The house had plenty of room for several couples. No complaints. The house is nicely furnished and everything is in working order.

Great, big house with plenty of room for our large group (4 adults and 8 kids) with enough space to spread out. Clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Only complaint is that there were no kitchen linens and only one roll of paper towels that we could find. Right on a busy street but we didnt have any issues turning in to or out of the driveway, even at peak traffic times. Would definitely stay here again.

A Gem in Cleveland Heights
We stayed at this beautiful quaint home in Cleveland Heights while we were in town for our daughter's graduation from Oberlin. We loved the home -- so many rooms and beds it was very comfortable for our 80 year old in laws and parents. Great for hanging out all day and cooking as well! Great restaurants and a market near by and short drives to other beautiful neighborhoods. Betul was incredibly responsive with whatever we needed.

Great House! Perfect for what we needed!
4 couples (2 individuals who snore) ended up using all 6 bedrooms. The bathrooms are extra nice! Large enough dining area for late night games! We had so much fun, knowing we didn't have to keep the noise level in check, like in a hotel room. Highly recommend.

Perfect gathering place for a family reunion!
The home is very spacious and clean. The dining room has a large dining table and is open to the living room. Although only part of the group stayed at the house, we were able to use the house for all 17 of us to gather for a farewell dinner. Everyone who stayed at the house raved about what a great find this was. The owner was very good with communication.

Large Beautiful home!!!
We had 5 adults and 1 teenage boy in this home for 4 days and 3 nights. This fit all of us no problem. The teenage took the room on the third floor by himself and loved getting away (don't they all). The kitchen was stocked with supplies, which was fantastic. We were able to shopping at a grocery store down the road, and save a ton of money eating in for breakfast each day. The homeowner was super responsive when I had a question about the wifi password. She is just great. Overall, no issues at all with the home, the neighborhood was quiet for the most part and close to the city. If your in the area check out the Rock and Roll Hall of fame, it was pretty epic :)

Great location and amenities!
This was a wonderful property to house many out of town guests for a family reunion. 6 bedrooms and 5 beautifully renovated modern bathrooms were perfect for our event. Worked out very well for my out of town guests.
Minor snafu early on was quickly resolved and as guests arrive the house was perfect. What really worked well for us was nearly every room had its own bath and the one room with a shared bath was perfect for a family member traveling with younger kids. It was close to everything we wanted and even the main road that it’s on isn’t so heavily traveled that getting in and out posed a challenge. I would highly recommend this property. Butel was a great host. Easily available when I had any questions. I host out of town family and friend for events frequently and will look for this property going forward.

Great house for a large family gathering
We filled the entire, wonderful house for our family reunion. We loved the spaciousness of the home, and especially the 5 bathrooms. The front porch was a lovely bonus. Possible improvements would be more comfortable pillows and a better equipped kitchen. All in all, though, a wonderful experience.

Met our family needs perfectly!
Nice remodel. Loved that most bedrooms had spa-like private shower/toilet. Shared bath has a tub/shower. Very comfortable. Nice smart HDTV in living room. Full kitchen. Only improvement I would recommend is handicap access/ramp or lift. My entire family felt at home, thank you!
