« Very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood »

« There were 6 of us here to bicycle the Raccoon River valley trail and the property was very close to the trail. We all slept well, loved sitting in the back yard and gathering inside. It was the perfect haven each evening. We had plenty of room and really loved the house. »

« Pleasant neighborhood, easy access to downtown. It was comfortable enough. This could be a phenomenal place with a little better housekeeping and attention to detail. It was very reasonably priced and I imagine a family would love the basement game room. The owner was responsive to text and email communication.Six lightbulbs were burned out. We had to scavenge bulbs and lamps from other rooms in order to have bedside lamps. I did not receive a welcome/instruction letter until after check-in...
