„Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Kilkhamton und freuten und sehr über das wirklich gut ausgestattete Haus! Bequeme Betten, Netflix, schöne Einrichtung, gut sortierte Küche..! Auch die Terrasse war toll! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos! Leider hatten wir nicht so tolles Wetter-aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!“

„It was absolutely perfect. Riki is a great host, the barn is lovingly and cosily decorated, very clean and you will find everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a modern shower and towel warmer.There is everything from a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. There is a seat in front of the door from where you can watch the birds at the feeding station. „The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. „Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to.“

„Bay Cottage is just right for our stays when down visiting family nearby. Easy access to the beach, canal and town centre. Parking away from the main road, and safe. Sounds of the birds waking you in the morning confirms this oasis of peace, despite the town location. Large grounds giving plenty of space to walk your dogs last thing at night. Owners in easy reach and happy to sort any problems with a smile.“
