„For our needs this cottage was perfect. We have a large dog and with the little fenced yard it made it easier to let him out to do the business. Close to the beach for walking. We would stay here again. “

„We were looking for a quiet getaway in a sleepy community and this hit the bullseye. Friendly neighborhood and peaceful at all times of the day. Cape Lookout and Oceanside not over crowded and was a great place to catch the sunset.. Over all the perfect spot.“

„Great location, clean and spacious enough for two adult and a medium size pup! This property is attached to another cabin like property so you can hear people through the door that separates the two. Not a big deal as people are usually quiet and respectful! The only thing I must say, we were there two year ago and the box spring under the mattress was very squeaky and still is! Hope they change this before our next visit! “

„Amazing spot for people who like to explore and just need a cozy spot to rest at night! Only two minor things that could be done to make this spot perfect! Needs a couch for two and the bed in the front room really needs to be replaced. Other than that this place was perfect for us.“

„The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.“
